This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Maison Meridian, a travel concierge service operated by Parallax Consulting Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Concierge Service Fees

Concierge service fees are charged for time, expertise, and personalized planning services.

  • Non-refundable deposit once services have begun.

  • Non-refundable payment after initial version of itinerary is provided.

  • Itinerary revisions are outlined within the packages provided. Additional revisions will be subject to a charge.
    Once research, planning, consultations, or recommendations have been delivered, fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations before services begin.
    If you cancel before any work has started, you may request a full refund of the concierge fee.

Third-Party Bookings

Maison Meridian does not control refunds for third-party travel providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, tour operators, or transportation services.

  • Any refunds, credits, or cancellations for third-party bookings are subject to the individual provider’s policies.

  • We are not responsible for denied refunds, change fees, or penalties imposed by third parties.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

No Refunds for Travel Disruptions or personal change in perference

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Weather events

  • Acts of government, airlines, or service providers

  • Changes in travel regulations or entry requirements

  • Schedule changes

  • Closings or unavailability of hotels, restaurants, services, or experiences provided
